Surgical Scrub Technician – 2024

Schedule: Full-time/Part-time/PRN
Location: Bismarck, ND

Position Overview:

Support physicians in a multi-specialty ASC in surgical procedures, adhere strictly to sterile technique, and assist in sterile processing as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma. BLS certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Prefer graduate from an approved course in Surgical Technology or related curriculum and current BLS certification; however, related work experience may substitute.

Experience/KSA

Prefer experience working as a surgical technologist; however, new grads are considered. Excellent communication skills. Willing to work as part of a team. Must be committed to compassionate and high-quality care. 

Shift

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Hours may vary.

General Surgeon

Brightside Specialty Clinics is seeking a Surgeon to join our well-established private practice physician group with a built-in referral base and high patient demand. Live in Bismarck, North Dakota, or locate here during the weeks you choose to work.

Radiology Technician – PRN

Schedule: PRN
Location: Bismarck, ND

Position Overview:

Performing Diagnostic Radiologic exams in accordance with ARRT standards and ethics and complies with company policies and procedures to include regulatory changes and prescribed safety standards with the needs of the patient and physician.  Work close coordination with providers and coworkers.

Minimum Qualifications:

AAS Radiologic Technologist (RT) degree from accredited program.  Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Licensed Radiologic Technologist through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners (ND MIRT).  Basic Life Support (BLS).

Potential Shifts:

PRN (Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm)

Registered Nurse (RN) ASC Full-time – Pre/PACU

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Bismarck, ND

Position Overview:

Our Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurses are responsible for the operation of the ASC and provide direct patient care. The ASC Nurses demonstrate care and compassion to our patients while seamlessly walking them through their treatment experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN degree, holds a current North Dakota State RN license, and CPR certification.

Experience/KSA:

Must display comprehensive and current knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. Ability to learn EMR. Excellent communication skills. Willing to work as part of a team. Must be committed to compassionate and high-quality care.

Shift:

Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Hours may vary.

RN-Post Operative/Night Shifts – Full Time

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Bismarck, ND

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Bismarck, ND

Position Overview:

Responsible to plan, implement, and evaluate care for a wide verity of surgical patients pre/post procedures. Ensures patient care, safety standards, and documentation standards, recommended practices, and guidelines. Outpatient coordination with providers and coworkers.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School degree or GED and CNA certification.

Experience/KSA:

Basic CNA skills.  Basic office skills, MS Office Suite, and the ability to learn EMR. Excellent communication skills. Willing to work as part of a team. Must be committed to compassionate and high-quality care.

Shift:

Monday-Friday, no Holidays.
